Today’s DIY sewing tutorial is how to sew an off shoulder top with flared pants. Yes, this tutorial shows you how to make a complete outfit and it’s stOopid easy! I used a pair of pants I already had as the pattern and I drafted the top from my measurements. This tutorial is not made from a pattern. I hope you guys enjoy.
