A tutorial on how to make a sexy peplum top. This top is so easy and especially made for beginners. It has a peek a boo sheer at the bust to give it a little flair. No math here, you only need a tank top from your wardrobe. I made this top from some scraps I had left over from a dress I had made. This is why it’s important to keep those scraps that are savable. You can always use them for other projects like this one.
What you’ll need:
Tank top that fits you well
A small portion of sheer stretch fabric (optional)
Left over fabric (stretch)
Sewing machine, thread, pins, scissors
Rulers
Chalk
